Right of return

1. Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

2. Return conditions
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

3. Return process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. You will then receive return instructions.

4. Reimbursement
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be made within 14 days to the original payment method.

5. Return costs
The buyer shall bear the costs of return unless the goods were delivered faulty or damaged.
